This is to inform all the organizational members that our organization has lost a client recently. It is unfortunate that this client has terminated the contract with our organization. The reason of losing this client is the lack of quality service and the failure to convince the client about satisfying the client consistently in future. The other clients can get negatively influenced by the loss of this client. The loss of this client suggests that the commitment and effort made individually and collectively have not been enough by our organizational members. The expectations of this client had not been fulfilled because of the lack of empathy and anticipation shown by the organizational members.
